This is not only about treating yourself and being responsible for your actions but it begins with accepting that you are a human and giving yourself the margin to commit mistakes. This will also make you develop new skills.
7- Focus on your health
Though you may find it irrelevant, do you know that when you feel good about your health you feel better? So, make sure to eat good and healthy foods. Other than this, also add the physical activities that will make you feel relaxed. Yoga can be a good addition to your routine as it has many known health benefits of yoga.
